Warranty Policies

• NVLaptops.com wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase. All our laptops are double-tested and are in perfect working condition.
• Every refurbished laptop that leaves our store has been thoroughly evaluated and tested, this includes an extensive examination of all hardware components, a complete functional diagnostic test and a performance test, before cosmetical inspection and cleaning for optimum appearance.
• Warranty, if provided by NVLaptops.com, covers electronic components, devices and labor for the time period specified your receipt.
• Warranty issues if any will be resolved in timely manner.
• If needed please call us and we will first try to remedy the situation. In most cases a simple solution is close at hand. However, if we determine that Warranty Service is required you will need to bring or ship your laptop to us, your receipt is required. If you have to ship please fill RMA Request Form. We can not process any warranty claim that has not been issued an RMA number. Customer is responsible for the payment of shipping the item back to us on all warranty claims. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish. Obviously the quicker it gets to us, the quicker we can perform the warranty service.
• For used and refurbished laptops batteries are tested to hold a charge unless otherwise stated, for all other laptops (New or factory recertified) batteries are covered by the warranty.
• Warranty void if any identification stickers, serial numbers damaged or removed.
• Warranty void if item physically damaged or damaged by external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, not authorized service, failure to perform required preventive maintenance.
• All software is tested and configured but warranty does not cover software, operating systems, BIOS and drivers.
• Warranty void if any identification stickers, serial numbers damaged or removed.
• Warranty void if item physically damaged or damaged by external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, not authorized service, failure to perform required preventive maintenance.
• We do not provide software support, specially issued by configuring networks, internet connections, installing new software, software crashed, etc.
• Please note that minor cosmetic flaws on used and refurbished products would not be considered as defects and not covered by the warranty. However we do not ship any products having cosmetic flaws that would effect the operation of the unit in any way, unless we specifically mention in the description of the product.
